Divide the trip distance by your vehicle's fuel economy to get the fuel you'll use, then multiply that amount by the price per gallon or litre. For a round trip, double the distance before you start.
Google Maps shows fuel-efficiency and eco-friendly route information, but it does not give you a full trip fuel bill in currency. For that you need the distance from Maps plus your own fuel economy and local fuel price.
Fuel cost equals distance divided by fuel economy, multiplied by the fuel price. If your economy is given in litres per 100 km, multiply distance by consumption, divide by one hundred, then multiply by the price per litre.
